Management Committee

The UCI Management Committee is the executive body that manages the Federation, acting under the authority of Congress. It meets at least twice a year, headed by the UCI President. Its tasks include executing the decisions of Congress, establishing regulations, awarding the organisation of World Championships and setting up commissions to help it carry out its mission. It also appoints the UCI’s Director General. A position currently held by Ms Amina LANAYA (FRA/MAR).

The UCI Management Committee

 

Meetings:

According to the UCI Constitution, the Management Committee shall meet at least twice a year. In practice, it meets three times a year: the first meeting is held at the beginning of the year outside of the UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships, the second meeting is held in June and the third meeting is held on the eve of the statutory Congress outside of the UCI Road World Championships.
