Impossible not to get out and ride your bike after watching the Union Cycliste Internationale’s (UCI) new video campaign.
“Ride and Smile” is the tag line of this short video that will have viewers itching to start pedalling.
Launched today to coincide with the last week of the Tour de France, this video campaign spreads the message that whoever you are, whatever your age, wherever you live… when you get on your bike, you feel good! Just look at the different sequences featuring children, adults, leisure riders, competitors and Elite cyclists, to see how cycling brings happiness into the lives of people from all walks of life.
With 2 billion bike-users throughout the world, there is already a huge international base of cyclists but, as outlined in the its Agenda 2022, the UCI wishes to build on this with its latest communications initiative.
All bicycle users and fans of our sport are asked to share this video on social media and digital platforms, using the #rideandsmile hashtag.
