Perrine Devahive of Belgium was second, and Irene Caminos of Spain third. With the final event offering double points, Reichenbach finished with 1000 points to win her third straight UCI Trials World Cup title. Despite finishing fourth in Berlin, Manon Basseville of France stayed in second overall with 660 points, however, Caminos jumped from fifth to third overall with 645 points.
In the men's 26" category, Round 2 winner Nicolas Vallée of France took his second win of the season, followed by countryman Vincent Hermance, with Abel Mustieles of Spain third.
In the absence Great Britain’s Jack Carthy, series leader and winner of Rounds 1 and 3, Vallée took the overall title. Hermance jumped from fifth to second, while Sergi Llongueras of Spain moved up one place to third for the final podium spot.
Dominik Oswald gave host Germany a win in the Men's 20" competition, ahead of Spain's Alejandro Montalvo, winner of Rounds 2 and 3.
Samuel Hlavaty of Slovakia took third. Montalvo, who is still a Junior-aged rider, won the overall title with 860 points, while Oswald moved into second from sixth with his win, and Thomas Pechhacker of Austria took third.

Twenty-four-year-old Perrine Devahive of Belgium competed in only two UCI Trials World Cups in 2018, finishing fourth in Round 3 and second in Round 4. Her results placed her seventh overall in the final rankings. She also won the Belgian national title for the sixth year in a row. In 2017, she made the finals in one World Cup - finishing fourth - after a strong 2016 season, which saw her take third at the UCI World Championships and make the finals in five out of six World Cups.
