World Bicycle Relief (WBR) mobilises people through The Power of Bicycles. This NGO is committed to helping people conquer the challenge of distance, achieve independence and thrive. WBR works to deliver high quality robust Buffalo Bicycles to some of the world’s poorest communities to empower people in need to change their lives with the simple yet impactful tool of a bicycle.
Sharing the vision of cycling as a tool for achieving a more sustainable future, the UCI supports the work of WBR, such as the #CyclingActsofKindness campaign and through fundraising efforts on World Bicycle Day on 3 June.
