Round 2 of the 2019 UCI Para-cycling Road World Cup in Ostend (BEL) is being live streamed by the organising committee this weekend. More than 300 athletes from 34 countries will be competing, just one week after the opening round of the World Cup which took place in Corridonia (ITA).
