Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic linked to the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and following the measures taken by the Dutch and German competent authorities, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) regrets to announce that the rounds of the 2020 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup powered by Kuwait which were to take place in Valkenswaard (the Netherlands) on 11 October and in Winterberg (Germany) on 18 October have been cancelled.
The UCI shares the disappointment of the mountain bike community, and acknowledges the efforts made by the organisers in these difficult circumstances.
The next round of the 2020 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup powered by Kuwait will take place in Barcelona (Spain) on 14 November.
