A new partnership announced today sees Scottish automotive retailer Peter Vardy Ltd become Official Race Team Vehicle Supplier to the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships.
Under the partnership, the family-run business will supply 50 team vehicles for use by National Federations in the road races, individual time trials and team time trial mixed relay at the UCI Cycling World Championships taking place in Glasgow and across Scotland from 3 to 13 August.
The brand new, hybrid vehicles will carry a unique design capturing the essence of this inaugural edition of the UCI Cycling World Championships, which will bring 13 UCI World Championships together in one event for the first time in the history of the sport.
By providing this essential in-race service for the road events, Peter Vardy Ltd extends its tradition of supporting sports in Scotland, not least as a Principal Partner of Scottish Rugby.
