Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic linked to the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) regrets to announce that the 2020 UCI Masters Cyclo-cross World Championships in Mol (Belgium), which had already been postponed to 16-17 January next year, are now cancelled at the request of the organisers. This is as a result of restrictions imposed by the competent authorities.
The UCI shares the disappointment of the cyclo-cross community, thanks the organisers for their cooperation in these difficult circumstances, and looks forward to seeing the athletes and all concerned parties at the next edition of the event, which will take place in Ipswich (Great Britain), on 3 and 4 December 2021.
