The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and City Mountainbike announce that the third round of the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup powered by citymountainbike.com, set to take place on 11 July in Aalen (Germany), will be the final round of the 2026 series.
This decision was taken following the cancellation of the São Paulo (Brazil) round, which was due to take place on 16 August. Despite extensive efforts to find an alternative solution, no agreement could be reached to ensure the event would go ahead.
It should also be noted that the first round of the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup powered by citymountainbike.com, originally scheduled for 5 April in Dushanbe (Tajikistan) and subsequently postponed to a later date this year, will ultimately not take place this season.
The UCI and City Mountainbike are currently working on the calendar for the 2027 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup powered by citymountainbike.com, with a view to its development.

1st Round: 14 June in Sakarya (Türkiye)
2nd Round: 27 June in Gdynia (Poland)
3rd Round: 11 July in Aalen (Germany).
The 2026 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Championships took place on 18 April in Barcelona (Spain).
