UCI launches a call for tenders to organise the 2024, 2025 and 2026 UCI Cycling Esports World Championships

The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) today launches a call for tenders for the general organisation of the 2024, 2025 and 2026 UCI Cycling Esports World Championships.

The tender document for these events has been published on the UCI website and details the procedure that will be followed to select the UCI's service provider for the next three editions of the event.

Interested candidates are invited to send any questions to the UCI at [email protected] by 4 June 2023. Clarifications will be sent to all applicants, who will then have to send their bids, including organisational, commercial and financial details, by 16 June 2023 at the latest.

The UCI will then select candidates shortlisted for interviews by video conference to discuss the offers in more detail. These meetings will take place from 13 July.

Finally, the UCI will announce the name of the successful service provider on 19 July, and will hold exclusive discussions with the selected partner with a view to signing the organisation agreement for the 2024 to 2026 editions of the UCI Cycling World Championships as soon as possible.
